Not sure if this messes up timing or something, but you could shave off two symbols in that following reactor. Simply go the start and input symbols up two that the waldo makes a loop instead of an eight. Other than that, very impressive.
I got 1648/3/72 – nearly here!
I really was forced to do that at one point… I tried by this solution and it insisted on sending the left one first, so I had the red waldo pick it up and run a figure eight with it, dropping it back down and making sure it got sent following. Worked perfectly after that.
On the top right reactor, if Oxygen came out on the left first, then everything will be ruined. But of course, you could nip the centre reactor by by your other waldo to grab the left one and drop it back to make sure that Oxygen pops from the right side.
