This recipe makes about two cups of power juice depending on your hand size.
1 handful lettuce
1 handful collard greens
1 handful kale
1 handful sprouts
1 handful spinach (or other kinds of leafy greens.)
Instructions: core and chop the apples. Throw a combination of whatever greens you have into your blender or juicer, along with apple chunks. If you don’t have apples, you can replace the apples with a carrots for slightly less sweetness.You can mix up the ratio of the greens each time you make this recipe for a little variety.
This berry juice is sweet and yummy. It’s the perfect kind of juice to try on your kids, and trust me, once they try it they’ll come back for seconds. Not only does it taste good but it’s actually good for them. Juice and smoothies contain all kinds of antioxidants that are good for kids. (2)

1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
½ cup blackberries
½ cup blueberries
1 whole cucumber

1 cup pineapple
¼ cup coconut water
Instructions: Peel the kiwi, orange and mango. Chunk the pineapple, and hull the strawberries. Throw all the fruit in the juicer and slowly blend in the coconut water. Pour into 2 glasses.

This ginger citrus juice is a great source of vitamin c and is great for your health. If you feel like you’re coming down with a cold, this is the juice for you! Ginger is great home remedy for inflammation, migraines, and pain. It can boost your immune system and even eliminate nausea.
